Cross reference part : CA3401G

Hi,
I hope I’m in the correct category, I’m new to the forum. I was hoping you could help verify a cross reference / substitute part?

Original is an RCA part - CA3401G (IC - 4 IND. OP AMPS)
I think this TI part should work as a sub - LM2900N ??

it would appear that the pinouts of the two devices mentioned match, which is a good starting point–newer quad amps tend to arrange things differently.

It’s not possible for us to “verify” potential part substitutions, since knowledge of the reasons for the original part selection and how devices are being used are not discernible from this side of the screen; that responsibility is always left to the user. I can say that it looks like a good bet worth trying, but it’s up to you to determine whether or not it works for you.
