Hey! Is there a current rating for this item? Wondering how the Sn-Ni holds up vs Gold plate.

I’m not finding a stated current rating in either the drawing or the catalog page.
That would typically be established on the basis of (for example) a 30° temperature rise at the hottest point in the conductor assemblies, which tend to get sized more for mechanical reasons than electrical ones so if a person actually draws enough current to heat things up the battery isn’t going to be lasting very long at all.
Looks to me like the plating one gets is termination-dependent, so there’s not much choice in the matter is one has a preference on that other point. One might imagine the gold having a marginal edge from a corrosion/oxidation standpoint, but for most practical purposes I’d expect there’s not a great deal of difference one way or the other.
