The parts are the same in terms of specifications and functionality. The only difference is the assembly location.
Toshiba makes their products in different factories, and each factory uses its own code at the end of the part number. To make ordering easier, they use a generic item number when the parts are identical except for where they were assembled.

Generic/Orderable: TK31V60X,LQ
Factory specific: TK31V60X,LQ(S
