Does the part come from China? What distributor name are they. Do they have a website?

“COO” means Country of Origin, and indicates the parts were manufactured in China.

Does this represent that the USA company called “onsemi” semiconductor has a factory in China which manufacture and then ship this device from China?
That would, essentially, be correct. I do not know where onsemi is based right now, but this particular part on your invoice was manufactured and shipped from a factory in China.
onsemi is headquartered in Scottsdale AZ USA but with many locations and tens of thousands of employees around the globe.
