Distance between parallel plates in ceramic capacitor

I am currently conducting research on the effect of temperature on the X7R dielectric in ceramic capacitors.

I am specifically focusing on the C320C104KCR5T capacitor sold by digikey and I was wondering whether I could have access to the area of the parallel plates and the distance between the parallel plates.

I had a look at Kemet’s system on this part, I did not see any published information available for plate area and distances.
