Do you have a solid material that is thermally conductive but electrically an insulator

Hello

I am designing a new device, and I need to find a material that thermally conductive but electrically isolated, and it needs to withstand at lest 500F.

I know I could use an epoxy, but that means that I would need to create a mold, plus epoxies can be expensive.

Thanks for any ideas you may share

I used to use little pieces of mica under TO-3 and other large transistors for this purpose. Perhaps something in this search result will work for your application.
