The Equinox ships with no documents or software, just a QR code… a dead QR code. I have been trying to get the docs from Astera support for three weeks now, but they’ve been worse then useless, taking three weeks to finally answer that they weren’t going to send me anything since I didn’t purchase it directly from them, and that I would need to go through my vendor, in this case you guys. So is anyone at DigiKey able to get in and get the documentation for the card?
(But seriously, this whole ordeal has turned me off ever buying an Astera product or using one in a design, they’ve been so unprofessional through this)

Please provide your order number or invoice number, along with details of the specific document you require. We will contact the manufacturer to determine what documentation they can provide and keep you updated on their response.
Order Redacted. Astera Equinox RevC PCIe Gen5 retimer dev card. I need any manuals/data sheets plus the API to integrate with it - the card has a lot of PCIe signal quality diagnostic information which is why I got it, but I can’t get any of that now.
