Does this come with or need a power supply, antennae, etc?

I needed and ordered this router/gateway (4703-RUTX11100400-ND). The user guide talks about making or getting a power supply. Do you sell a power supply for use with a typical 110/120v receptacle? (This will sit on a desk or similar initially, so 110/120 will do.)

Also, if there is a Control Cabinet power supply option (like 24v etc) I’d like to know about that too.

Lastly, does this come with and antennas or do you carry those too for order?
