I have a blown Capacitor. CD263 GE. 1000uf 63 v. What is chance of getting a replacement part? BTW. Sure seems like a long drawn out process just to get to this point.

Take a look at the datasheet for part 493-1655-ND to verify this item will work for your application.
I took measurements like you asked for. Pin seperation is 7cm, Diameter is 15cm, Height is 26 cm. Thanks

Thanks for the information, part number 493-1655-ND has a pin separation of 7.5mm, diameter is 18mm and the height is 31.5mm , verify whether the part you are replacing is centimeters or millimeters. If the dimensions of your part is in millimeters then part 493-1655-ND should fit.

If your dimensions are actually H = 26mm, D = 15mm, Lead Spacing (LS) = 7.5mm, and you have a tight fit, then you might want to consider the EEU-FS1J102 (Digi-Key part number P123411-ND). Its dimensions are:
H = 25mm, D = 16mm, LS = 7.5mm
That sounds about right for the capacity and measurements. It would seem pointless for me to order just one part from your point of view and mine. I’ll be waiting until the end of the month and then maybe order 10 of them at once. Thanks for your research and effort in this.
