We often receive calls wondering what the difference is between the NVMFD5C650NLT1G (NVMFD5C650NLT1GOSTR-ND) and the NVMFD5C650NLET1G (488-NVMFD5C650NLET1GTR-ND) from onsemi. We reached out to onsemi for clarification on this and they responded with the following:
“E” in part number NVMFD5C650NLET1G refers to our internal EFK fab products.
So technically it is like a second location for assembly of this part that does not have the E in it.
