We are considering using the EVAL-AD5941ELECZ board, powered and controlled from our NUCLEO-H753ZI board. We would like to confirm whether the EVAL-AD5941ELECZ is suitable for measurements in the hundreds-of-ohms range (100 to 600 ohms cm)

AD5940 measures input current that is converted to impedance.
It can measure current in 50 pA to 3 mA range, can provide voltage excitation in the range 0.2V to 2.4V.
