Do I need to have some special assembly tools for this Lemo part FFY.00.113.CTAC42Z? Can you advise the assembly tool part number.

Those LEMO connectors come assembled with contacts in them. With these being solder cup terminated this is what is needed: no need to order specific tools, a simple soldering iron
is sufficient per the datasheet.
