Picture only shows GPIB side… it does have a USB side to it correct?

Correct, the 783368-01 is a USB to GPIB interface cable, not just the GPIB style connector you see in the picture. One thing to note, the photo on the DigiKey website is just for representation but the datasheet for the 783368-01 (linked HERE) shows the USB connector on the other end of the cable.
