GPS IOT device

Hi,

I’m looking to create a battery powered GPS IOT device. I’d like to get some thoughts on the best board to use and also a sim for the cellular. All this with price in mind, simple to set up, scalable, and the best accuracy.

I’m looking at syntrac plm, origingps, and 5ghub for IOT/gps boards. And I’m looking at homogram and velocity IOT for the sim.

Any ideas to put me in the right direction would be much appropriated!!

u-blox has a proof-of-concept reference design, XPLR-IOT-1, that includes their SARA-R5 LTE-M/NB-IoT cellular module and MAX-M10S: BeiDou, Galileo, and GLONASS, GPS GNSS module. We should have product in stock soon. Complete documentation can be found on the u-blox website at XPLR-IOT-1.
