The construction of custom magnetic components is a fairly common practice. While there are standard catalog items produced using the same methods, when one encounters a device like that with obscure markings, there’s a strong possibility that it’s a bespoke assembly built using bobbins, cores, and wire of standard types, but according to an undisclosed recipe.

I did take a look at your label, I couldn’t derive anything that would help with a turns ratio or otherwise.
Do you know anything about the assembly’s original purpose that could bring to light a specification of some kind?
