On Marking Code: 100 HTG D43

I only found one explanation of the markings of that part which is in the picture below.

That is found on the data sheet from Panasonic website.

Unfortunately there is no explanation on what the markings for Lot code mean, that information is specific to the manufacturer.

The date code is going to be the 2nd - 4th characters of the lot code:

xYMDxxxxxx

So the 348 in your lot code.

Year 0-9
Month 1-9(Jan-Sept) O, N and D (Oct-Dec)
Day 1-9, A-Y (skipping I, O and Q)

Your date code translates to April 8th, 2023.
