IBIS model for LPDDR4 from Micron

Hello,

I would like to use LPDDR4 memories from Micron such as MT53D512M32D2DS-053AIT:D-ND . But I’m going to need the IBIS model to run simulation and design verification. I submitted a request to Micron through their website, but no one is getting back to me. I have sent my requests so far. Can Digikey provide such resource being an Authorized reseller?

Hi @k.shamkhany ,

Sorry we also do not have direct access to Micron’s IBIS models. It would be my guess, Micron is personally reviewing every request, so it might be worth it to email them again.
