IDC connector with no strain relief provided?

Just purchased some of them recently and they didn’t have the cable srtain relief that appears in the picture.

Can you tell me if this was missing, or if I have to purchase it separatedly.

The part number 71600-016LF (DigiKey part number 609-1740-ND), should come with a strain Relief. If you ordered this part from DigiKey, and did not get the strain relief, you should report the error to customer.resolution@digikey.com or by calling 1-800-344-4539, and asking for the Customer Resolution department.
