Hi Max,

Hard to say for certain on something like this, but it may well be a BC808-40 type PNP transistor.

We no longer keep in-house stock of the BC808-40, but we list them here.

Assuming that it is, in fact, a BC808-40, then you could use the BC807-40 in it’s place, as it has essentially the same specs, with the exception of that it can handle higher voltages without being damaged.
