According to our information, the NCP139AFCT100T2G is obsolete. One of our Marketplace vendors, Flip Electronics, apparently has a 20,000 piece reel still, so you could order that part, but you must order the whole reel.

The best match that I could find is the LD57100J100R from STMicroelectronics. The pinout is identical and it appears to be quite similar, but please check the datasheet to see if it’s suitable in your application.

If you need additional parts immediately, we also have stock on the LD57100J105R, which is identical to the LD57100J100R except that its output voltage is 1.05V rather than 1.00V, if that would still work for you.
