The JKL Components BXA-601 is a 5V dual output inverter for CCFL and UV lamps.
You may see that there is a “DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE” label on the top of the transformer, along with the code “EE19-5V”.
EE19 calls out a transformer type and the 5V calls out the voltage of this inverter. The manufacturer marks it this way to avoid confusion because the 12V (BXA-12529) and 24V (BXA-24529) versions may look the same.
