We are sourcing the Klaran UVC LED #2570-KL265-50T-SM-WD-ND. what is the part number for the mating hex metal clad PCB?

Welcome to the Tech Forum.
Unfortunately, I could not find a suitable metal clad board for this LED. The only one I found was discontinued by the manufacturer some time ago (the Bergquist 804511), which looked like this:
It looks like it has the standard footprint for a “3535” LED. One might try searching online for “3535 starboards” or “XP-G starboards” (Cree XP-G have the same footprint).
