Regarding the LabVIEW license 784584-35, I have a few questions:
1- Can I generate an EXE file with this license?
2- Is it valid for one year?
3- If so, what is the perpetual license price?
4- Can I purchase it from Brazil?

You can generate exe with the application builder, which is included with 784584-35. We sell the 784584-35 license on a subscription based price.
Per the MFG website: Software is available in both subscription and perpetual license terms. An NI software service agreement is included with active subscription licenses. For perpetual licenses, an NI software service agreement is included for one year, and after the first year, software service is renewable on an annual basis. For a breakdown of the different versions, click HERE.
