Thanks for the heads up! This is called out in the datasheet. The FIT0537 (FIT0537-ND) ships without a power supply, so you’ll need to source a 12V/1A adapter separately to run the unit.
I know, since I have three units without adapter.
Wouldn’t it be worth to add the power adapter since you have it in house:
Look at part 993-PYA-12A120100-ND ..
DFRobot’s product page recommends the FIT0231 for this, but that’s not something we carry at DigiKey. So the 993-PYA12A120100-ND you found is a solid alternative if you’re sourcing through us.
Well, I have ordered this just now and praying for a good fit and full functionality.
