May I know the data on how much load it can withstand. And also may I know is this foot a cleanroom compatible?

The SJ5001 from 3M does not have a defined load spec on the datasheet or their website as this is not intended as a load-rated component that offers structural support, so the allowable weight will depend heavily on the number of bumpers used, surface area, contact distribution etc.
I do not see any cleanroom rating or certification for the SJ5001 and there is no published ISO cleanroom classification.
