If you are looking for a LVD (Low Voltage Directive) certified product, one hint you can use is to see whether the product is certified to IEC 62368-1.

The low voltage directive is the safety portion of the EU CE requirement. The other portion is emissions and immunities (the modern standard includes efficiency and RoHS compliance as well). Thus, low voltage directive is IEC 62368-1.

For example the PSAC05R-L6 (5W) series AC/DC adapter from Phihong USA, besides being certified in IEC 62368-1, has been confirmed by Phihong to also comply with the LVD directive.
