Please see the included items and the BLE dongle and LiPo battery is NOT shipped with the MAX86140EVSYS kit.

The manufacturer provided clarification on the component list as there does seem to be some conflicting information. Page 19 of the datasheet does give a full list of what is supposed to come with. They explained that the CY5677 dongle does come with, they meant to say that CY670 is not shipped with the board. They also mentioned that besides the components listed, there is also an additional connector of MAXDAP-TYPE-C# included (not in the datasheet).
