Maxim Integrated has a section on their website for you to search for the material composition of their products, and it will also show the RoHS status. Once you search the part number in the search bar half way down the page, you will then need to click on the part number in the table that appears. If no table or option appears, that would indicate the manufacturer does not have one readily available. Below is the link to their material composition search:
