Yes, the only difference in the DigiKey part numbers is for the DigiKey packaging type.

You can also reference the manufacturers product page, if you go to the bottom of the page and click on the cross-reference tab. They do list SM712.TCT as a competitorās part number, with SM712 being their part number.
With the Micro Commerical Components part, you can review page 4 of the datasheet, stating that the ā-TPā suffix is an indication of packaging.
