IF I USE MORNSUN PV40-29B24 CAN I GET VARIABLE OUTPUT VOLTAGE ACCORDING TO CHANGE IN INPUT VOLTAGE? SUPPOSE IF I GIVE 1500 VDC AS INPUT I AM GETTING 24 VDC ,NOW IF I GIVE 1200 VDC DOES IT GIVE LESS THAN 24 VDC?

The output of this converter is not adjustable. If you use an input voltage between 200-1500V, the output will be the same at 24VDC.
