Does Microchip use the same MSL rating for it’s parts?
For instance part MCP1825ST-1202E/DBTR-ND does have diffrent MSL ratings.

Microchip has several different assembly sites for their products and unfortunately different assembly sites sometimes rate the same IC package at different MSL ratings. In these cases, DigiKey adds a receiving note (if one is not already there) to treat parts to the highest MSL rating provided – either on the mfg label or what is listed in our system, no baking required.
