Hello, we are in senior design project which will use EVAL-ADUCM355QSPZ board. However, to order the board from school, we need W9 from the vendor. Can provide that for me. Thank you.

Hello leminhnh007 - welcome to the Forum Community. Sorry for the delay in responding to you, but I have gotten further information for you. I was told: Most W9 requests are now handled by Global sales. Please refer the customer to email their W9 request to orders@digikey.com
