Hello DigiKey team,

I have successfully installed MPLAB v6.30, but I am unable to program my PIC24FJ64GB004 microcontroller with PICkit BASIC. I have no issues with an SNAP or PICkit 3 or 4 in-circuit debugger…

Is my PICkit BASIC MPLAB PICkit Basic in-circuit debugger damaged?

Is it possible to obtain or exchange this defective product free of charge?

Honestly I’d first post a bug report at, Microchip Classic this had happened before with previously launches of microchip tools where they had regressions on supported products with tools.
