Hi,
Please suggest the 10.16mm pitch plug type Terminal block like 3.81mm pitch “OQ0632510000G”.
Current is less than 1A and Voltage is 300V, Aplication is Multifunction Energy Meter.
Also please suggest the same kind of connectors in 5mm or 5.08mm pitch.

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , for the 10.16mm pitch take a look at part number 277-1848-ND mating connectors listed at bottom of info page , for the 5.08mm pitch take a look at part number 277-1110-ND , mates listed at bottom of info page , for the 5mm pitch take a look at part number 277-1121-ND , mates listed at bottom of info page .

10.16mm pth Connector is very expensive compare to other Lower pitch. Also the Alternate parts (Multiple Manufacturer) are not available like 7.6 & 5.08mm pitch connectors. 10.16mm pitch connectors are not a standard like 7.6mm/5.08mm pitch connector?
Could you please advice, Can we use 7.6mm pitch connectors in multi-function Energy Meters on AC Phase line inputs?

You can use that pitch of connector for AC uses.
However, when selecting the item(s) you would like to use please review the data-sheets for the item as some are not listed/rated for AC all the time.
Also at least for the header in the below link 7.60mm was not a selectable option. but 7.62mm is.
The below item is listed to handle 600v AC and DC
As for “standard pitches” I would not really recommend looking at it like that.
If your project requires a connector to handle X voltage then you would need to look for options that can handle around that value and work for there.
In your case the 7.62mm is more than enough head room for your 300v. However there would be other narrower pitches that can be used too.
The below link shows the item we list that can handle 300v and it looks like there are some 2.00mm options that are also listed to handle the 1A(minimum).
