Per the official installation document, the product comes with eight M2.5 screws, a 15-to-15 FFC cable, a 22-to-15 FFC cable for mating to the Pi board, and a GPIO connector cable, which should be all the hardware and cabling you need to get this device hooked up to your Raspberry Pi.
