These suffixes are a packaging code, and do not change the look or function of the part.
RE5 (RNC55H1500FSRE5) = Tin/Lead, Tape & Reel packaging, 500 pieces.
RE6 (RNC55H1500FSRE6) = Tin/Lead, Tape & Reel packaging, 1000 pieces.
RE7 (RNC55H1500FSRE7) = Tin/Lead, Tape & Reel packaging, 1500 pieces.
RE8 (RNC55H1500FSRE8) = Tin/Lead, Tape & Reel packaging, 2000 pieces.
