If you look at the Renesas Electronics America ISL43210 series, its top marking doesn’t conform to its datasheet.
For example, you may see ISL43210IHZ-T with a top marking of “GHMH”. This is the lot/traceability code. The “123Z “ indicated on the datasheet would be on the bottom of the unit.
