I need the ROHS cert to add this part to our inventory. It is not attached. and It is not readily downloadable from Vishay. Anyone know where to go?

It appears that Vishay has this general RoHS compliance statement which can be found on their quality tab of the product page.
If this does not work, you can request this information using this Environmental Request Form.
