S-Touch ™ series, so long as you use a SPI interface and not the original device’s I²C.
The manufacturer is unable to supply this device any longer. If it is urgently needed for an ongoing project, TI’s TSC2008IRGVR is a similar alternative. Please check the comparison table shown below - differences between the two ICs are bolded.

This resistive 4-wire touchscreen controller has a resolution of 8 to 12 bit but unfortunately only an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface).
