I have a project that requires this STM32. Is there a way I can specify DigiKey or ST directly to send me NDAA-compliant chips? My understanding is that they make these chips in France, USA, and Taiwan in addition to China.

I am sorry to say that at this time we would not be able to directly assist in getting you NDAA versions of items. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer directly to see if they are able to supply the items you are looking for with that compliance.

@Nathan_2268 ST got back to me and they said that distributors should be able to order these parts with the following “good numbers”:
Philippines 32L053R8T6TR$P4
Taiwan 32L053R8T6TR$E4
Is this not possible for DigiKey?

We may be able to get a Non-Catalog type quote for this item.
If you can provide the email trail, with the manufacture, providing the valid part number(s), and recommending to go to a distributor to quote it, we should be able to get a quote. There will probably be a minimum order quantity from ST.
