I need to buy an XC7A200T FPGA. They are in stock, but there’s no indication of the speed grade. How can I tell whether I’m buying a 1C, 2C, or 3C?

Hi jeff.green,
The speed grade is indicated in the part number right after the dash (-), as indicated in the following part number breakdown:
So, “-1” is slowest and “-3” is fastest.
For example, the XC7A200T-3FBG676E would be a speed grade of “3” in a 676 ball BGA package and rated as the “E” temperature grade.
Here’s a link to our normally stocked XC7A200T options.
