The “00U” customer code is typical of off-the-shelf product, the suffix indicates control/monitoring functions as described here.
I’m not finding a definition for a “GB9” suffix either though the similar G99 suffix would indicate a tachometer function. The -A99 part on hand would have the same mechanical characteristics as the prior unit, but if the application in question is designed to depend on the extra function (e.g. it shuts down if a fan failure is detected) then a replacement lacking that function would not be appropriate.
