This is listed as with copy protection, but I just want to make sure if this one also have ethernet?

This part number, 28369 is: Teensy 4.1, Lockable

This matches: TEENSY41_LOCK from: Teensy® 4.1 so it has Ethernet..

The other Teensy part numbers from SparkFun explicitly say “without Ethernet” if Ethernet is disabled..
