We found that 0639001500 & 0639003100 could be used for 0016020083 but we don’t know which one is more suitable. Please advise

Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. It depends on the insulation diameter of the wire you’ll be using. Applicator 63900-1500 should be used for insulation OD 0.63-1.00mm (.025-.039 inch). Applicator 63900-3100 should be used for insulation OD 1.01-1.52mm (.040-.060”).
