When looking at General Purpose Logic ICs from Toshiba, I used to find the suffix “L” at the end of your part numbers which are not published in the datasheet, such as TC7PZ14FU,LJ(CT.
What is the exact meaning of that “L” suffix at the end of the part number?
Does it refer to the Tape and Reel packaging method similarly to the marking of the Toshiba Transistors?
