TTEAALJANF-50.000000 Junction Specifications

I was wondering what the max operating junction temperature of TTEAALJANF-50.000000. I see a max storage temperature but the nothing about the junction.

Does anyone have resistances like R_junction-board or R_junction-case?

This would be typical to see a ambient temperature rating for Oscillators as the most crucial metric for frequency stability. These devices typically dissipate very little power making the difference between the internal junction temperature and ambient air temperature very small.

I might be mistaken, but the device is temperature compensated, I’m not sure junction is of concern if ambient operating temperatures are observed.
