Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
Looking at the datasheet and the manufacturer’s website, I do not see a UL rating or a Flammability rating for this IC chip.

Hi jeffrey.krupp,

I believe the molding compound used would be typical of any IC with a package rated as “RoHS compliant without exceptions”. I did find this Material Declaration Form for the STM32G030J6M6 which does list the substances used in the moulding compound on page 4, if that would be of use to you.
