Using a board for CanBus Termination

Looking to have a 12 v signal trigger a board so when there is power to the board it does not terminate the Can signal with 120 ohm of resistance, and when the power is removed it allows the resistor in the circuit and terminates the can signal. I know i can use a regular relay but was hoping to use a lower profile solution. Any thoughts?

What height maximum are you wanting for for the device that you are looking for?

No specifics on the height. Was just hoping to be a bit smaller than a typical relay so I can enclose it in a housing. Was looking for something with a resistor built on it rather than me soldering a resistor in on thr can hi it can Lo wire.

@anderson.lander

For the resistor, you are looking for it to be attached to the load side? If so, I had not seen an option that would match.

The Z5364-ND was found to have a total height of 7.9mm. However it would not have the in-built resistor
