What is the difference between Yageo part numbers CC0603JRNPO0BN101 and CC0603FRNPO0BN101?

On page number 99 of the DATASHEET, It shows this position for the Capacitance Tolerance.

So the J = ±5% tolerance, and the F = ±1% tolerance.
