What is LTspice?

LTspice is a powerful, fast, and free SPICE-based software used for simulating electronic circuits. It has schematic capture and waveform viewer with enhancements and models for improving the simulation of analog circuits.
Its graphical schematic capture interface allows you to probe schematics and produce simulation results, which can be explored further through the built-in waveform viewer.

LTspice supports several types of analyses such as transient, AC, DC, noise, DC transfer function, DC operating point, and Fourier analysis. Heat dissipation of components can be calculated and efficiency reports can also be generated.

Developed by Analog Devices, LTspice is widely used in fields such as radio frequency electronics, power electronics, audio electronics, and digital electronics to design and test circuits before building physically.
